Home is a warm modern/contemporary, farmhouse style. Areas of the house that are available to use include the entry way, front room, great room, kitchen, half bathroom, laundry room, basement great room/kitchenette/bathroom, and the primary bedroom and bathroom. Parking is available along the street in front of the house and in the driveway.

Everything went well. We love all the variety of beautiful angles at this house. It's the 2nd time we've rented it and our photos have a whole different look from last time. Host is very responsive.

Jamie's house is always tidy and beautifully decorated. We've shot a few times there and we love it. Highly recommend. The high ceilings and natural light make it easy.

This was our 3rd time renting Jamie's house for a photoshoot and everything went great as usual. We love the variety of angles, natural light, and the high ceilings. Jamie had changed up the decor a little from last time, giving us some great new shoots.
