The property is 1.3 acres and is unique in that it was built in 1882 on the silver mine as an Assay office for the Good Enough Mine Company in Tombstone Arizona. In 1924 the office was turned into a house and to add a little more interest to it… it was owned by Emmett Kelly Jr who was the famous clown “Weary Willie”. Emmett Kelly Jr. lived in the house from 1980 until 2005. The house has large picture windows some are the original lead windows as well as the main part of the house has the original hardwood walls, floors, and ceilings
