From the groovy vintage mirrored bathroom wallpaper to the iconic Avocado Green, Harvest Gold colors of the 70s sprinkled through out the residence, you’re sure to capture a nostalgic, one-of-a-kind shoot with all the grooviness this vintage pad has to offer. Main floor of residence includes a cozy front room, fully-stocked kitchen and attached dinette area. All have numerous creative space and include authentic period furniture, artwork, vintage dishes, pots​/​pans and bake ware. Off the kitchen is a laundry​/​storage room complete with a vintage washer and dryer and hamper. Several authentic cleaning vintage, mid-century products are available for your shoot (for show only, not for actual use). There is a small powder room with vintage, mirrrored foil wallpaper and bathroom accessories. Upstairs is a spacious hallway area suitable for shooting. It breaks off into two bedrooms and a full bath. The large, mid-century traditional master bedroom includes colonial-inspired furnishings, artwork and props including vintage telephones. A spacious secondary bedroom includes a mid-century teak queen platform bed with floating nightstands and space-age, vintage mushroom lamps. A mid-century Brady Bunch daybed with Eames ottoman, space-age Weltron 8-track (with dozens of 8-tracks) and a full collection of the 1970’s National Geographic magazines round out the decor. Walls are covered in vintage-era posters, 45s, a God’s eye and string art. Outside, a vintage parquet bar with vinyl and chrome bar stools adorn the covered patio with a vibrant 70s wall mural. Set up the vintage card table and choose from a collection of vintage board games for an old school family shoot. Property features a large lawn area for croquet (vintage set provided).
